Terms of Use

Welcome to GraitCare. GraitCare is a clinical decision support platform developed for licensed healthcare professionals practicing in Ghana and other jurisdictions. By accessing or using GraitCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

GraitCare is intended exclusively for use by licensed healthcare professionals, including but not limited to medical doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and laboratory scientists. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You hold a valid professional licence issued by the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
• You are using GraitCare in the course of your professional duties.
• You are at least 18 years of age.

GraitCare is not intended for use by patients, members of the public, or unlicensed individuals. GraitCare reserves the right to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

GraitCare provides AI-generated clinical decision support, including symptom analysis and test recommendations, laboratory result interpretation, treatment plan evaluation, and clinical note drafting.

GraitCare is a decision support tool only. It is not a diagnostic service, does not provide medical diagnoses, and does not replace the professional medical judgement of a licensed clinician. All AI-generated outputs are indicative and must be reviewed in the context of the individual patient by a qualified healthcare professional.

Use of GraitCare does not create a doctor–patient relationship between the user, GraitCare, its operators, or Anthropic (the AI provider). GraitCare is a tool used by clinicians to support their own decision-making and does not independently provide care to patients.

All AI-generated outputs — including symptom analyses, management plans, plan evaluations, and clinical notes — are drafts requiring review. You must:

• Independently verify all AI-generated content against current clinical guidelines and your professional judgement.
• Review, edit, and authenticate any generated clinical note before filing it in any patient record.
• Not act on AI-generated recommendations without applying appropriate clinical reasoning.

The licensed professional using GraitCare retains full clinical and legal responsibility for all decisions made in relation to patient care.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GraitCare and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, claims, or losses of any kind arising from:

• Reliance on AI-generated content without appropriate clinical verification.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI outputs.
• Any patient outcome, adverse event, or clinical incident.

GraitCare is provided “as is” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or clinical outcome.

GraitCare offers a free trial plan and paid subscription tiers (Solo Doctor, Small Clinic, Medium Facility). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack, a third-party payment processor operating under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• GraitCare reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to users.

GraitCare reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, engages in fraudulent activity, or is used by an ineligible individual. Users may also delete their own account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, access to all saved data will cease.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
